EqS Equity Studio was established in 1992 by Cesare Carbonchi, an International Investment Banker with a previous 12-year long experience developed in Italy, London and New York at top tier Financial institutions.
In his Investment banking career he focused on innovative credit and project financing at Citibank and operated as Vice President in JP Morgan Mergers & Acquisitions division focusing on cross border M&A deals and Equity. Also operated as Director of the Milan's Equity division of an Italian merchant bank, primarily focusing on Private Equity, venture capital investments and LBO. Mr. Carbonchi is a CPA and a public auditor, is an instructor at Banks and at the Italian Banking Association, is a non-executive director of Italian middle sized companies.
According to the specific needs of each project, EqS arranges a specific team, including professionals with the appropriate industry and technical expertise. A team of people expert in marketing/accounting/financial modelling/advisory is usually engaged. Various Italian and international Financial and accounting firms strictly collaborate together with EqS both in Italy and in Europe and have been involved in EqS deals.
EqS also operates as advisor to institutional investors such as banks, PE and RE companies and funds active in investing or divesting in Italy.
